Mark A. Gochman

Known for his longstanding relationships with talented artists, Mark has handled some of the most sophisticated negotiations in the entertainment industry. Early on, The Hollywood Reporter named him among the “Next Generation” of leading entertainment industry executives.

Mark's clients are located all over the world, and have starred in, written or directed some of the most widely known film and television projects. He played a key role in securing the industry changing agreements on the television series Friends. He also regularly provides business advice and strategic guidance to traditional and next generation media companies.

An avid adventure traveler, Mark speaks Spanish fluently. He was raised in Southern California and attended UCLA School of Law. Mark is married to media executive Tamara Rothenberg. They reside on Gloaming Acre, an urban farm (also home to an observatory) with their son, two dozen chickens, honey bees, and assorted pets. Check out the urban farm in Carrots Over Sticks.


Andrew J. Gomez

Andrew's expertise ranges from working with emerging actors, writers and directors to complex international media transactions.

Andrew counsels emerging and established actors, writers, directors, and producers, as well as production, animation, and visual effects companies in navigating the complex and rapidly evolving entertainment and media landscape with actionable insights and strategic career and business advice.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Andrew grew up an avid fan of film, television, sports and gaming, and was a member of SAG. He studied Philosophy, Politics, and Law at USC and earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where he was an editor for the Entertainment Law Review.


Daniel Yanni Moatamedi

Yanni handles sophisticated deals and negotiations, while also being involved in complex agreements for leading actors, writers, directors, producers, media companies, as well as creators and emerging artists. He pursued his undergraduate studies at UCLA, where he majored in Political Science and minored in both History and Labor and Workplace Studies. After UCLA, Yanni earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where he was an active member of the Entertainment & Sports Law Society and received the Academic Excellence Award in Advanced Negotiation.

Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Yanni now resides in Brentwood, California. Along with being a fluent Farsi speaker and enthusiastic traveler, he is a devoted Lakers fan and enjoys immersing himself in the vibrant culture of Los Angeles. As an only child, Yanni deeply values the strong connections he has made within his community. His passion for film, television, video games, music, sports, and pop culture inspired him to become an entertainment attorney.
